The Dealership and Employee Assistance Program provides a comprehensive and confidential program of assistance benefits through licensed professionals for U-Haul Dealers and their employees and families. The program provides: Personal and confidential assistance and counseling for issues and problems in:- the workplace,

- drug and alcohol,
- crisis and emergencies,
- child and elder care,
- health and wellness,
- absenteeism and more.
Natural Disaster Recovery Assistance: Big Company Benefit for Small Businesses:The Dealership and Employee Assistance Program provides 24-hour toll-free telephone counseling and confidential visits with experienced local, licensed professional counselors for issues of concern. Visits (up to three per family per year) are free (no co-pays) to employees and dependents for Dealerships participating in the program. Cost to the Dealership for participating is one low annual fee (as low as $51) to cover the employees and families of all the Dealer’s businesses. Assistance programs have been offered for years by large employers to provide a low cost benefit that can address workplace and employee personal and family problems head-on but confidentially. At the same time, the employer saves hidden costs by reducing tardiness and absenteeism, helping supervisors address workplace issues early, reducing Worker’s Compensation and Medical claims, increasing productivity and morale. Now U-Haul has arranged with Holman Frazier, LLC, a Phoenix firm with 20 years experience providing assistance and counseling services to large employers like America West Airlines, to make these same assistance benefits available to independent U-Haul Dealers throughout the U.S. and Canada. The program includes a large network of licensed counselors, management coaches, attorneys, financial advisors and community referrals. Easy to Use:- Membership begins immediately when the Dealership enrolls in the program.
